Duude! my oblivion blunt is 200+ for no reason?

Okay im a mage level 32. And i used permanent enchantment glitch. For the amulet of axes to get 100 reflect damage. Go look it up. And its only +10 blunt. But this orc in chorrol said "u look like uve swung a mace or two" i looked and my blunt is 246!!! But it dont show up on the effects list? On my other profile armorer is 325!!! For no reason. I cant find it on the internet?
