Runescape pure question ?

I was just wondering what the ultimate runescape pure is in your opinion. i would like to know what all the combat lvls should be (not skills) and what kit layout it should have(i.e. armour/clothes, weapon, boots/gloves, ring, ammy) and also, what is the best amulet/ necklace for a mage pure??? thanx for your time guys, any help will be greatly appreciated.
