Should I kiss her next time?

So there's this girl Alex, we've been really good friends since she moved here our joinior year (were seniors now). Well last night she asked me to stay at her house because her dad was out of town and she was afraid to be alone. Well after being there a few hours I was sitting on her floor playing her nintindo (she has all the classics it's great) when she crawled into my lap and started touching my lips saying how perfect they were and **** it was weird like I thought about asking her if she was drunk or something but I just let her keep touching them until she finally put her head on my shoulder and told me to keep playing that she wanted to watch. I really really like this girl and wanted to kiss her but was afraid that that wasn't what she as hinting at. Should I next time? I know I sound completely stupid but I've never done this kind of stuff before I'm more of the shut in type.
