HIP HOP HEADS: Is lil Wayne actually any good?

I personally don't like 'Lil Wayne anymore. He used to have some really good songs on his older albums and stuff, but now, I don't like it. I like Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi, Mac Miller, Lupe Fiasco, and Kanye West.
