you need better natures and the moves don't make since,the need to all work off the same stat,like your Beartic,it knowing blizzard is not good,try teaching another attack move like brick break or the egg move ice punch.and having more one move of a single type is not good like your Serperior it needs to know a better verity of moves like aerial ace Leaf Blade Strength and the egg move iron tail
