Ex-boyfriend trouble. Can someone caring help please?

So I was dating this guy that I really like. But it was during the summer so we decided together that we should split up because we never got the chance to see each other because we were both super busy. In the mean time we both still liked each other and he was possibly going to go to my high school next year if he moved. So we were talking about getting back together if he moved. So one night recently he texted me and asked how my day was and I said it was good! and asked how his was. And he told me he went to Six Flags and realized he liked this other girl. And then proceed to ask me what he should do. So i told him that I didn't know what he wanted me to say, that he knew i really liked him. And him asking me this made me feel like '****'. and all he said was im sorry for making you feel that way. So then he said ohhh i miss you. And I'm like save it. So he said im retarded. i asked why and he said because i made the sweetest and nicest girl in the world feel like ****. we haven't talked in 2 weeks. and i still kinda like him. But i don't know what to do.
