My tooth filling fell out and my tooth hurts??!!!?

it fell out like 2 months ago and it hurts even more than it used to! ive told my parents so many times to take me to the dentist but they would always say "ill schedual and apointment" and they never did. im scaared now becuase i think my tooth is infected and do they have pull it out now???!! D': it hurts a **** load when i bite down on something with it, and it hurts when i just bite my teeth :((
