Oblivion 100% Chameleon Armor?

Ok I'm a level 9 Dark Elf. Ok I just need to get more grand soul gems to enchant with i already enchanted a ring and amulet with 17% and a hood with 20% so now I just need to get 46% more thats 3 grand soul gems with grand soulsfor my boots pants and shirt. please tell me where I can buy or find some grand gems with grand souls easy 10 points.Thanks.
