I need help I think my cat might be really sick.?

He has gotten skinnier, he used to meow alot and now he barely does it at all. He isn't eating as much and he's started shitting all around the house and its gotten very liquidy...I'm very worried I love my cat so much and I wanna know what might be wrong with him please help
